QUALITY FOOD THAT WE DELIVER
FROM THE KINDNESS OF MANY
Assistance for Veterans is currently sharing space at a local food bank here in the metroploitan Los Angeles area where we have access to store large amounts of frozen and refrigerated food and other quality items that we can get our hands on. We have established the building blocks that are needed to operate our own food bank facility where we can pick up donated food from supermarkets, and other kind corporations that are willing to donate foods of all kinds for this very important mission.
The best way for us to assist homeless and veterans in need of food assistance is to have our own food bank locations which has now begun with our San Diego food bank. What we are building here we will take on the road and now we have warehouse space in a building in San Diego, CA donated to us by Doug Bishop owner of Military Auto Center. We are also looking for a building in San Antonio, Texas and expanding from there; going where our veterans are in the most need of our food assistance. All we need is kind donations and our plan will move much quicker. Many veterans go to bed hungry and we want to help. Our mission has no boundaries and we believe there should be no hurdles when donating to any organization that is assisting our brave men and women who have served honorably to protect this great country from dangers at home and around the world.
At this moment, we are assisting more than 90 veterans every week but the sad part is that we know where there are hundreds more that could use our food assistance program and we plan on helping them as soon as we are able.
